AWS problem in the US-EAST region
In the period we experienced a failure of Amazon virtual machine performing NAT between customers and our infrastructure in New York site, this caused issues for the customers in New York region connected using Cross Connects.
The problem was caused by amazon failure (possibly on the host level) and our Alarms automatically restarted the instance as soon as the problem appeared.
Threshold Crossed: 2 out of the last 2 datapoints [1.0 (02/11/20 14:17:00), 1.0 (02/11/20 14:16:00)] were greater than or equal to the threshold (1.0) (minimum 2 datapoints for OK -> ALARM transition).
