Network issue in the EMEA site

We had a network-related incident in one of the EMEA sites, because of the infrastructural changes applied by the facility provider. From our monitoring, it looks like the problem could also affect too few sites located in APAC and NCSA regions at the moment when some part of the EMEA load was rerouted to different regions closest to the client. Currently analyzing how to prevent that situation from happening again by collecting data and learning from the event.
