We have identified that a few organizations received duplicate invoices for PAYG Usage. We have released a fix for this issue and have issued credits for the affected organizations. We will soon provide the corrected invoices directly on the Customer Portal. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to fully resolve this matter.
