WebSocket connectivity issues - disconnects
We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We identified the problem of frequent disconnects on the WebSocket protocol and resolved it. The problem was related to the network upgrade in the EMEA region that we executed today. Apologies for the inconvenience, but everything was made in order to improve the infrastructure further going forward.
