Networking issues in the US-EAST region

In the period we experienced a network split-brain between our New York site and the rest of the infrastructure, caused issues for the customers in New York region connected using Cross Connects.

The problem was caused by a third-party software bug. We are currently working on a fix from our side and testing different scenarios to make sure this or another similar issue will not happen again.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue.
